Are Nutri-Mate fresh rolls suitable for puppies?

Absolutely! Our 100% Australian made products use ingredients that are designed to suit the nutrient profiles for puppies, as well as the more wise and older dogs.

How long can I use a roll after it is opened?

We recommend using an opened product within 5 to 7 days, however it can also be frozen as needed.

To ensure freshness, carefully seal the end of the roll with plastic wrap, store in an airtight container or seal in resealable plastic storage bags.

Are your products suitable for dogs with allergies or sensitivities?

We understand that many pets are sensitive to preservatives and additives and that it can cause issues, such as skin problems, so we do not add any of these to our quality pet food rolls.

If your pet has particular allergies, sensitivities or any issues in between, we recommend consulting with your vet before feeding anything new.

Is Nutri-Mate suitable for cats too?

Our products are mainly catered for the bigger furry friends, but cats can certainly enjoy Nutri-Mate as they please!

Where are your products stocked?

Mainly, our products are stocked in selected Coles, IGA, Farmer Jacks, Drakes and Spudshed stores across Australia. See our stockists page to find out where you can find our products closest to you. Product availability may vary by store and is not guaranteed.

If you would like to see Nutri-Mate stocked in your local store, please get in touch with us and be sure to ask the store manager directly, too.

What extras are added to your products?

We add omega 3, thiamine and taurine to our premium pet rolls at Nutri-Mate because omega 3 helps create shiny coats while thiamine and taurine help build muscle and support eye health.

But that’s it! We don’t add any preservatives or additives.

Do Nutri-Mate products contain additives or preservatives?

No. We understand that many pets are sensitive to preservatives and additives and that it can cause issues, such as skin problems, so we keep these out of our quality pet food.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Always refer to the best before date that is printed on the product packaging. Nutri-Mate pet food rolls can be stored in the freezer for as long as 6 months if unopened.

Once served, how long is it safe to leave in the bowl?

We recommend leaving the food in the bowl for no longer than a few hours. This will vary depending on the environment surrounding the food.

What is your quality process?

Our Perth manufacturing facility has successfully obtained globally recognised HACCP food safety certification to ensure quality and standards. We are also proudly members of the Pet Food Industry Association of Australia (PFIAA).

Where are your products manufactured?
