Meet Chelsey and Bode

Where passion meets purpose.

Nutri-Mate Pet Foods is proud to welcome multi award-winning handler and groomer Chelsey Primrose, and her Siberian Husky, Bode, as its first official Brand Ambassadors.

Chelsey has been involved in the world of purebred dogs for over 20 years, and her passion for the breed runs deep. From weekend dog shows to weekday grooming sessions, her life revolves around the health, appearance, and happiness of her pack.

Most weekends you’ll find me at a dog show at Dogs West (my second home!) and during the week I’m either grooming or training one of my 10 Siberian Huskies, or grooming someone else’s pet.

A winning team.

Chelsey’s dedication to the sport is reflected in Bode’s outstanding show career. In April, five-year-old Bode won two Runner Up Best in Show titles at the Siberian Husky Club of NSW’s Specialty Show, judged by American breed specialists from one of the top kennels in the US. It was the first time the pair had competed at the event together.

With a lifetime of experience in handling, grooming, and breed education, Chelsey brings a genuine, informed voice to everything she shares with her community.

I also love seeing my dogs loving the crowds, and the time after shows when we get to talk to people about the thing we love most (dogs!) and watching them get to pat the boys is super special.
